Information on PDF file formats
PDF
(Portable Document Format) is a file format from Adobe Systems™ which represents documents in a manner which is independent of
software, hardware and operating systems. A PDF file is used
to ensure that documents are displayed and printed consistently
regardless of the actual computer system used to view and print
them.
When you click on the download link the .pdf format booking form may appear in the web browser if your browser has an Adobe reader plug-in already installed; you can print or save the form to your hard disk from here. Alternatively you may get a pop-up box asking if you wish to open the file or download it to your hard disk. Choose your preferred option and print the form from within the Adobe reader.
In the unlikely event that you do not already have Adobe Reader installed on your system you can download it from the Adobe website (external link).
